- Responsible Person
- Description: This section designates the person or team responsible for each task or subtask.
- Purpose: Ensures accountability and clarity about who is working on what.
- Due Date
- Description: Specifies the date by which a task or subtask should be completed.
- Purpose: Helps keep tasks on schedule and ensures that deadlines are met.
- Priority
